The challenge in this case was the new-build in the breathtaking seashore of Nice. The layout from the contractor proved itself unsuitable for our client. JAHA stepped in to design an alternative layout that fit our client’s exclusive needs.
Client Request: Clarity in Functional Areas without Compromising Views
Asiakkaamme toivoi selkeyttä toiminnallisiin alueisiin siten, että huoneisto mahdollistaisi ainakin sohvanurkkauksen, ruokapöydän ja pienen keittiön. Rakennuttajan suunnitelmassa ikkunasta avautuva merinäkymä ei päässyt oikeuksiinsa ja ruokapöydän sekä oleskelualueen raja oli epäselvä.
Our client expressed a desire for clarity in the functional areas of their apartment. They envisioned a space that accommodates at least a cozy sofa nook, a dining table, and a compact kitchen. However, the original plan by the developer did not fully showcase the breathtaking sea view from the windows, and the boundary between the dining area and the living space was unclear.
Solution
JAHA suunnitteli muuntuvan pohjaratkaisun selkeine tiloineen ja estymättömine näkymineen merelle. Halusimme tuoda suunnitelmaan vihernurkkauksen, joka mahdollistaa pienen perheen rauhoittumisen kirjan äärellä ja jonka ikkunan ääressä tuoreyrtit voivat kasvaa.
JAHA devised an adaptable floor plan with clear delineation of spaces and unobstructed views of the sea. Our goal was to introduce a green nook—a tranquil spot where a small family can immerse themselves in a book, while fresh herbs thrive on the windowsill.
